Under the authority of the production supervisor, the warehouse worker is responsible for preparing orders and receiving goods.
Under the responsibility of the production manager, the warehouse supervisor's role is to assist the production manager in managing and monitoring processing operations. The processing supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling daily processing operations.
In addition, the warehouse supervisor will also be responsible for supervising employees, enforcing company laws and policies, and managing health and safety prevention.

Reporting to the operations manager and coordinator, the driver is responsible for delivering materials to various customers; monitoring the condition of equipment, loading, and unloading; recording information on distances traveled, fuel consumption, etc. in the logbook; and receiving and transmitting information to the dispatcher. In short, all transportation regulations.

As a procurement expert, you will be at the heart of managing deliveries, analyzing inventory, and coordinating between multiple departments. You will contribute directly to the efficiency of our supply chain.
• Identifying products received, missing, or damaged during boat transit
• Determining delivery priorities and coordinating transport
• Prepare purchase orders to replace missing or damaged products
• Reconcile purchase orders with materials received
• Update the inventory and delivery system
• Write detailed analysis reports
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Support sales regarding prices and delivery times
• Analyze actual inventory and forecast requirements
• Recommend min/max levels and identify surplus or obsolete items
• Update management tables
• Participate in continuous improvement through data automation
• Account for transportation costs in collaboration with accounting
• College diploma in administration or accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory or stock management
• Proficiency in Excel and the Office suite
• Bilingualism (French/English)
• Rigorous, precise, analytical, and quick to execute
• 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
• 1 day of telework/week
